Consider your experience reading The Color Purple (a fictional novel), Fences (a play/drama), and Wild (a nonfiction memoir). Which type of longer text did you enjoy the most, the novel, the play, or the memoir, and which did you find the most challenging? Explain your preference, describe what made that type of text more engaging or accessible for you, and reflect on how understanding your preference might influence how you approach future readings.

 Today I finished presenting our discussion plan and asked questions to the audience . I learned that people struggle with school due to grades, projects, or teachers. I liked the novel more because the way she describes certain things makes me sit and think to reflect it on my own . I found more challenging the play because I can’t imagine all that hard work she put into being able to walk through her hike like that. It approaches my future readings knowing what type of text tone it’s being talked and what emotion due to the details.

  I remember when I had went to go walk up stone mountain and let me tell you it was a lot .   I would feel betrayed , I wouldn't even know how to react at his face or even be able to .  I would think he ain't as good of a person or sort of kind heart  as he seems to be . I would stand up and confront him about it . I wouldn't stay quiet no more I would do more actions then sit and act like nothing . The way I would see it as is I wouldn't be with a person who is a lier and a person on whom I can't trust due to him hiding things from me .  Today we worked on our assignment and our homework and read 61-65 and 66-70 letters of the book . Today I learned you can't always take someone's word for granted and always trust your gut and once you leave that space don't look back .

 A friend who I am very grateful . He has taught me so much especially the way I was and my ways of doing things . I see him in daily life because what he taught me I think twice before making a decision. I have learned how to be brave and be able to communicate , be straight forward with people , and how to not lie about things and be responsible for my things. He has influenced me so much to not only think about myself ,but others also and how my decisions can hurt or affect  others. Today we worked on reading the book . I learned that we need to be responsible for things because otherwise if we don't  do things right we can get consequences.
