Blake uses the chimney sweepers to expose how society ignores suffering. Reflect on a time when you noticed someone being treated unfairly or saw a situation that didn’t seem right. How does this experience connect to the emotions or ideas expressed in one or both poems?

I knew these people who had two kids. One girl had curly hair and the other had straight hair . They would treat them unfairly because one looks prettier than the other . They would show more attention to the curly hair girl . The straight hair they would give her less food and they make her work and do things around the house for them. To me it's crazy because it was two young girls aged 4 , and they were showing the little with curly hair how to evil and sneaky to her sister with straight hair . The curly hair would hit her sister and push away from her parents . It's crazy because the parents would let that  happened. The girl with straight hair would cry and they would poster her like that . It connects to both poems because they would make her do  things way too young for her age . Not only that but she would cry because if the pain they would caused her how the poem of chimney would let the boy cry when heading to church to pray . Or when the father made him clean chimneys before he could even speak .Today we started working on the worksheet explaining the poem . I learned that the theme of a little black thing among the snow is children can tell and feel when something is not right .

  I would feel betrayed , I wouldn't even know how to react at his face or even be able to .  I would think he ain't as good of a person or sort of kind heart  as he seems to be . I would stand up and confront him about it . I wouldn't stay quiet no more I would do more actions then sit and act like nothing . The way I would see it as is I wouldn't be with a person who is a lier and a person on whom I can't trust due to him hiding things from me .  Today we worked on our assignment and our homework and read 61-65 and 66-70 letters of the book . Today I learned you can't always take someone's word for granted and always trust your gut and once you leave that space don't look back .

 A friend who I am very grateful . He has taught me so much especially the way I was and my ways of doing things . I see him in daily life because what he taught me I think twice before making a decision. I have learned how to be brave and be able to communicate , be straight forward with people , and how to not lie about things and be responsible for my things. He has influenced me so much to not only think about myself ,but others also and how my decisions can hurt or affect  others. Today we worked on reading the book . I learned that we need to be responsible for things because otherwise if we don't  do things right we can get consequences.
